like i know this guy who didn’t have any weed on him but he had his pipe and he got arrested for carrying it around it hadn’t even been used yet.
like what is wrong with that picture he literally got arrested for something that’s perfectly legal to own and there was no proof other than speculation that he was going to use it.
like i don’t get it.
